"As well as being a Director of the company I also manage our Chaddlewood setting. I am a very 'hands on' manager and can often be found working in the rooms. My priority is forming strong, trusting relationships with the children and families while supporting my staff as they provide an excellent level of care for your children.
I am a fully qualified childcare professional holding the International Montessori Diploma, BA Honours in Early Years, ILM Business Management level 5, and have recently qualified as an Early Years Teacher (EYTS).
In our setting we empower our children to become independent individuals who are excited to learn. We treat the children in our care as equals. We respect their decisions, actively listen to what they have to say and encourage them to make choices."

Our Chaddlewood nursery in Plympton is at the heart of a bustling residential area, close to local shops and a play park. Our proximity to Language Business Park also makes us convenient for many parents working in the area.
Chaddlewood Montessori Nursery is open from 7:30am - 18:00 and offers the children breakfast, a two course hot lunch produced by a qualified chef, high tea and snacks. Children are also welcome to bring their own food from home. For more information on our food click here.
This nursery is split over three floors with babies on the ground floor. Each room is a different area of the curriculum for the over twos including an art room and cultural or science room which leads to the outdoors where we are also lucky to have an all weather outside area, with child safety flooring.
