Our teachers are referred to as Directresses/Directors as that is what they do, they
direct the child towards activities that would suit both the interest and ability of a child. The staff ratios in both our
nurseries range from 1:4 to 1:8 depending on the children’s age. There are always qualified first aiders at each
site and these qualifications are renewed every three years.
In our nurseries we all respect each other, adults
and children alike and we have created nurseries where learning is fun. Our staff are fully committed to the Montessori method and enjoy encouraging your child with their specific interests. They are professional, caring, friendly but also enjoy
having fun with the children.
